My husband & I wholeheartedly agree with Daddio regarding Alicia Malone. We are having a hard time getting used to her and her accent as well. We've heard many Aussie accents but hers just is so very different from most. And we also agree about her nasally voice. It is just too much and we do not like it at all. She may be a very nice person. However, we do not believe she is the right person to be hosting old movies on TCM.
