For me it’s the use of color and costume that catch my attention, and definitely the dancing! I could watch Gene Kelly or Ann Miller all day. My all-time favorite musical is An American in Paris. Close runners-up would include White Christmas, Sound of Music, On the Town, Singin’ in the Rain, Gigi, Gypsy, Mary Poppins, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and Grease.
