This is not the first time this problem has been reported Refer Oct 26th). Doesn't anyone check the output from the control center?. I have attempted to watch several movies since being confined to the house yesterday and today and every attempt has been aborted due to this problem. It is most frustating as I prefer to view the movies you present on this channel
