I will not be watching. There is a six hour horror-comedy, split over two nights, on CNN.

I couldn't have said it better!!! -
Was it really necessary to remove the Wizard of Oz thread.

If there was a strong reason to delete the thread, and the moderators don't tell us why, guess what, it will happen again. -
I tried it with my Windows PC and Chrome browser. I had to scroll up to show the bottom of the the movie. Everything should work better if you go full-screen. On my PC, Watch TCM formats a little different with the live feed versus a movie on-demand. The mouse pointer and all controls go away after a few seconds. You want it that way. Just move the mouse and all should return. Very limited response from the keyboard.

OUR VINES HAVE TENDER GRAPES

I never subscribed to FilmStruck, but knew what their website was like. The host intro was sometimes an option. I have no real use for the hosts before and after the movies. Can't do anything about it. Sad that nothing resembling FilmStruck is in the works. At this point, it is hard to predict what AT&T/WarnerMedia has in mind. I believe their HBO Max will include the TCM we already have. -

I don't think Festus' mode of transit was a coincidence. They were made for each other. -

Part of my point might be Newbies should establish themselves before they start complaining. I kinda-sorta think Sepia is joshing a little. -

If you are already in the community and click to enter again, you will get that message. I think it will happen even if you are not logged in. Once inside the community, navigate with the menus inside the community. -
Yes, the controls go away after a few seconds. Just mouse click the screen and they will return.

I know it is an older movie, but I had issues with the audio. When movies get processed for digital, it would be nice if both picture and sound got a refresh. It almost sounded like the film projector was running in the background.

I guess Sepiatone is lucky people know and like him. The comments about Eddie might not set well with others. The Newbies should all start off slow. -

But wait! There's more: -
This is 2 hours I can't get back. Dave's intro sounded like a corny movie was coming. Not like I wasn't given a heads up. Three great stars didn't make a great film. Hopefully others watched and enjoyed it. When Dave said the same two were coming up next, I considered it a warning. 🤩

I am glad to see you including BritBox. One day I will lower my cable television service so I can afford other services. They are having a sale. Also, if you pay annually, you get 12 months for the price of 10. https://www.britbox.com/us/ -

Rosie O'Donnell was in both movies. I wasn't in the mood for Sleepless In Seattle, but did really enjoy A League Of Their Own. Guess it is easier for me to get in the mood for Geena Davis versus Meg Ryan.
