[Title of old black and white British film about going to the Moon and back.]

I am trying to determine the title of an old black and white British film about going to the moon and back. It did not have Joseph Cotton in it. I remember the spaceship as being spherical and the the main character had a Brithish accent and a bushy mustache. The title was something like "Earth to the Moon and Back"

I also remember that there were creatures living on the moon. I think they were underground. I would guess that it was made in the late 50s or early 60s. I remember seeing it in the 60s on the late movie for CBS. If anyone knows the exact title to this movie, I would appreciate it.
