For over 20 years, my mom (a heart patient) has put up with the stress of renegotiating contracts with Comcast. She was so distraught by the last round that I took over - and I understood her frustration after struggling with a string of unreliable Comcast reps. Now that Comcast has removed OUR FAVORITE MOVIE CHANNEL, TCM (with 3/4 of our contract remaining), we wish we'd switched to a streaming service. After this contract is up, we intend to ditch Comcast / Xfinity.
