  1. Same issue with Century Link. I keep[ getting the "Retry" screen every time I play a movie. I've deleted and reloaded the app, restarted the firestick, reactivated a dozen times and nothing changes.
  2. I've been having an issue for the last few weeks and I'm not AT&T. Every time I select a movie I get "Retry" and you can hit it a thousand times and nothing happens. Occasionally it will tell me to reactivate but when I do it goes back to Retry. I've deleted and reloaded the app, restarted the Firestick and nothing changes.
