  1. Hello, After several successful years using the Watch TCM app on my Roku device, it recently started crashing unexpectedly. I recently switched cable providers and I believe that this may be the cause of the issue. After cancelling my cable service with one provider, I was automatically signed out of the Watch TCM app. Now, when I try to sign into the app again with the credentials provided by my new cable provider the app crashes when I click the "sign in" link. I'm not allowed to enter new credentials at all. It simply sends me back to the Roku main menu. I have read several online forums and this appears to be a common issue. I'm not an expert in this area but I am quite adept and familiar with the concepts of streaming and streaming devices. That being said, I believe that the issue stems from the initial activation of this specific device. I believe that at that time the identifying information specific to this device was linked to the sign in credentials provided by my previous cable provider. I believe that a solution to this issue would be to develop a means that would allow users to "manage devices" or add and remove devices associated with specific Watch TCM accounts. Any information regarding this issue would be very much appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration.
