Does anyone know the name of this movie? I think it goes like this: the german shepard is poisoned and goes to heaven, he comes back to earth as a man, along with a lady who is a reincarnated racehorse. They retain some quirky characteristics of the animals. In one scene the lady outruns a bus and she carries a horse feedbag as a handbag. I saw this movie a long time ago and can't remember who plays in it or what the name of it is. I'd love to catch it again.
