  1. And thaaaatt......is why I hated working in fast food. WAY too many entitled jerks. I've had customers start to come behind the counter at me or get right up in my face. I work in a prison now and believe it or not, but I feel much safer working here.
  2. I LOVE the house in "How to Steal a Million" (1966)
  3. Ooh! I've got a couple. I can't stand whiners. If a character is being overly dramatic and whiney, it's hard for me to not yet at the screen, "PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER!!!" I can't stand "Gone with the Wind" and "A Streetcar Named Desire". There's another movie that I do like, but I can't stand the whiney character. It's called "New Morals for Old" (1932). Tbh, it's not a good movie, but I love it anyway. The main, young woman character decides to move in with her married boyfriend and breaks her parents hearts. She can't handle the stress of it. I just want to scream at her, "N
  4. That quote makes me nauseous every time I read it. ๐Ÿคฎ
  5. Wow! I would be scared to own something so expensive!
  6. Neville Brand and Yul Brynner were both heavy smokers.
  7. It legit breaks my heart that he is claiming to be a "Christian". I am one too. But he does not represent our viewpoints ๐Ÿ˜ž If you believe in God, then you believe in Love. How can people not love each other the way that God expects us too?
  8. So......racism, homophobia, and being sexist is okay then?
  9. I just watched "Journey to the Center of the Earth" (1959). I love it, love it, love it! I especially like the scenes where they finally reached the center and it's all these beautiful rocks and gemstones. I went out and bought a ton, (waaaaayyyyy too much), rocks and minerals and I decorated my tv console with them. They make me so happy. ๐Ÿ™‚ Plus a young Pat Boone wasn't too hard on the eyes ๐Ÿ˜‰
  10. I read one of his books. He explains that he had a REALLY bad stutter when he was growing up. He found that if he memorizes exactly what he needs to say, that it helps him out a lot. He probably just doesn't have enough time now to memorize everything. He sounded very clear and concise when giving his speech at his inauguration. He probably had opportunity to memorize that speech very well.
  11. Awesome movie recommendation. I haven't seen that one in years! I'm totally going to watch it tonight. Thanks!
  12. I'm at work right now, so I am unable to see the videos that are being posted, but I am sure they are quite lovely. ๐Ÿ™‚ I finally finished building my hamster a playpen. I'll try to see if I can upload some videos of her in it later on. She's pretty funny. ๐Ÿ™‚ I'm glad you started up this "chill space". Boy I sure do need it after the week I'm having. My co-worker believes she is on time to work when she enters the lobby by midnight. However, she doesn't get to her post to relieve me until long after midnight. I've spoken with her and to our supervisors on it. She doesn't get
  13. May I share a picture of my kitty? ๐Ÿ™‚ This is Miss Bea. I got her from a former co-worker when she was just a lil kitten. She's about three years old now.
