  1. Is the third one Franchot Tone?
  2. Not sure, but might be Who Was That Lady? Had Dean Martin and Tony Curtis in it.
  3. Time After Time from It Happened in Brooklyn, very beautiful.
  4. I got started loving classic movies when I was about 11 years old, our cable company had the Los Angeles channels and they played a lot of classic movies. I just couldn't wait till Friday and Saturday nights so I could stay up later and watch old flicks. My first recollection of a movie that really made an impression was Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, I just loved it and have been a Jimmy Stewart fan ever since. Also Sullivan's Travels, Hold Back the Dawn and Random Harvest hold a special place in my heart.
  5. Hi, dramafreak, I saw that this is your first post, welcome. I am fairly new to this site too. My favorite film is Mr. Smith Goes to Washington too, I saw it the first time when I was about 11 (a long long time ago!) and loved it. It has great acting and a great story and moral too. Hope you keep posting. DC
  6. I was worried about Ralph too, am glad he is OK and hope he is back posting soon. DC
  7. Judith Anderson, And Then There Were None?
  8. Was it something like he got hurt and they asked him how he was and he said ok, just hopping along?
  9. I think this comes from another one of my guilty pleasures, Female on the Beach, Joan Crawford says it to Jeff Chandler. (very very dramatic, very very cheesy, I love it!)
  10. Edna Turnblad in Hairspray?
