Hi everyone. I am desperate to know what old movie this is. About 10 years ago I was just starting to watch old movies and either AMC or TCM had a week long theme called Women in horror Week. One night they played Midnight Lace and the other night I only saw the end of the movie. I believe it was in black and white. There was a blonde woman who seemed to be very rich, she was bed riddin for some reason. Her husband calls her from a public phone and they talk. I think there was a misunderstanding, but he had sent someone to kill her. Just at the end he realizes he still loves her and tells her to get out of the bed. She says she cant. The clock strikes, you know the killer is there but she cant get out of bed. It ends with a scream. It gave me chills I will never forget. Someone PLEASE tell me you know this movie.
