  1. As I was watching Night Must Fall and The Big House this past Monday, I was reminded of the upset I suffered last month. I was looking forward to seeing the last Monday in January honoring Star of the Month Robert Montgomery when suddenly, during Piccadilly Jim, the cable went out. Needless to say, I was heartbroken. The cable came back on in the middle of Yellow Jack. Sadly, I have not seen, Piccadilly Jim (complete), Trouble for Two, Ever Since Eve, Live, Love and Learn, and The First Hundred Years. I hope TCM will show these movies again, perhaps as a 24 hour Robert Montgomery day
  2. Am I the only one who is not happy that the lineup for tonight, which highlight the Star of the Month, Robert Montgomery has been changed? Shelly Winters certainly needs to be honored for her work, but I would think that TCM could have picked another day to do so. To not show the movies of the Star of the Month is to not see the more unfamiliar movies. Robert Osborne said so himself when introducing this month's star. I was looking forward to seeing previously unseen Montgomery movies as well as a few favorites, such as Hide-Out. I also very much enjoy hearing Robert Osborne's tidbits bef
