Funny, I was the one who let blu-ray.com know about the Wings release and the cover art, but due to circumstances beyond my control I was unable to get the info posted here. Ah, well, at least I can contribute this update on the extras: Wings: Grandeur in the Sky Restoring the Power and Beauty of Wings (Blu-Ray Only) Dogfight! (Blu-Ray Only)

Wow, what a great set of schedules. And, as always, it is hard to select...but I just noticed that we're almost down to 24 hours and counting (well, actually, since we're gaining an extra hour tonight, make that 25...), so I have to vote!!! Argghh! It's like being on Restaurant Row, I want to get some from this place, some from thiat one, and some from the two places across the street!!! Dang! They are all so enticing. But since I have to cast my ballot, it foes to the one that had the greatest number of things in it I would like to see in a week: salutes to Eric Blore, Franz Waxman, Elisha Cook, Jr,, Shakespeare, Ronald Colman, and Ben Johnson, plus Sunrise, The Court Jester, and Christmas movies. So, Sunny75 gets my vote this time around.

Special Sales of Classic Titles on DVD & Blu-ray

There are 20% off and 15% off coupons but for one item, and 10% off for the entire order. However, when you go through AAA.com first so to get the 10%, it cannot be combined with the coupons. A lot of people have more luck when they join B&N and get additional discounts, but that costs $25, I think. I placed my order through AAA and spent just over $100 in order to get BillMeLater with no interest for 6 months (want to keep money on hand for upcoming BF sales). Ordered Criterions on Blu: Beauty and the Beast, Island of Lost Souls, and The Four Feathers plus DVD sets of Mike Hammer: the Complete Collection (Darren McGavin) and Eleanor & Frankin Double Feature. I might place one more order before the sale ends. Rules of the Game and Fanny & Alexander come out before the sale ends. Unfortunately, 12 Angry men comes out the day after it ends. Are you getting anything?
