While showing movies, the film will " fast freeze " and the action stops for a second or two and then resumes fine. The sound has no interuptions. After a minute or two all this action takes place again.
Is there a way you can correct this?

While showing movies, the film will " fast freeze " and the action stops for a second or two and then resumes fine. The sound has no interuptions. After a minute or two all this action takes place again.
Is there a way you can correct this? My cable company says that is not their problem, but yours.
