This is one of my favorite war genres! I was really excited to see this movie because it has Gregory Peck (one of my favorite actors)! However, I was disappointed I guess I had too high hopes. Let me know if you have seen any more Napoleonic war films that take place at sea that I did not mention in my review. I would love to see it! My next review is going to be a Paul Muni film, who is also one of my favorite actors of all time. Be sure to subscribe to me on YouTube or comment on my videos if you are enjoying these reviews!

This is a great movie for those who love Civil War flicks. If you sympathize with the South and the Confederates, then this movie is really perfect for you! Overall, it's a decent B movie...it's difficult to compare it with a giant like "Gone with the Wind," but "Drums in the Deep South" is definitely worth watching at least once. After watching "Phone Call from a Stranger," I felt like watching another classic that revolved around plane crashes...I ended up with "No Highway in the Sky," and I have to say it was a great watch. As we grow nearer to the holidays, I review a movie about travel...and plane crashes! If you are traveling for Thanksgiving or Christmas, this movie may not be right for you at this time! Overall, a great thriller! What did you think of it? Write comments below and don't forget to subscribe on YouTube for future reviews!
