  2. I’ve been looking for this 2 reel short subject called CLIMBING THE MATTEEHORN from 1947. It won an Oscar and was produced during the filming of HIGH CONQUEST. The UCLA Film & Television Archive doesn’t have a listing, and the Library Of Congress doesn’t have a listing. Does anyone know if this has ever played on TCM or any recommendations on how to track down a copy of this film? I don’t think any international markets have issued it but perhaps it’s a bonus feature on a Warner Brothers DVD or something? Criterion maybe?
  3. So far, this year's 30 Days of Oscar programming has been very disappointing. There have not been two movies in a row that I've wanted to watch.
