  1. I have “successfully “ activated my device several times now, but can’t get any movies to play. I can choose them, but when I tell it to play, I get the same message—“...the requested title is not available at this time.” Very frustrating. What is the fix?
  2. Hello, After several successful years using the Watch TCM app on my Roku device, it recently started crashing unexpectedly. I recently switched cable providers and I believe that this may be the cause of the issue. After cancelling my cable service with one provider, I was automatically signed out of the Watch TCM app. Now, when I try to sign into the app again with the credentials provided by my new cable provider the app crashes when I click the "sign in" link. I'm not allowed to enter new credentials at all. It simply sends me back to the Roku main menu. I have read several online
  3. We have been trying to play "Date with the Falcon" on TCM for several days. Each time, we get an error message that the requested movie cannot be played and to restart the Roku device, which we did. All the other TCM movies, including the other Falcon movies play with no problem. Has anyone else seen this error message? Any suggestions?
  4. I am in the LA area watching on Sling on a Roku Ultra device. Was flipping by TCM tonight and got this message "This program is unavailable on sling tv" i have never seen this for TCM before. We just switched back to Sling TV a week or so ago from Direct TV Now because of all the outages and buffering. A look at the schedule and it shows Return to 'Giant' (2003) was airing. I know i saw Giant on tonight before this show was blacked out. Why would this happen?
