I had this record by the composer and even went to a concert once where he played it on the piano: Peter Nero.

Great song, originally from the Broadway music Hazel Flagg (1953), which was a music version of the film Nothing Sacred. Sung in the musical by Jack Whiting, who plays the Mayor of New York.
