First Movie SONG That Comes to Mind

Recommended Posts

The theme from Maude

Next:  This is rather odd and it was inspired by something I watched on TV.  On Jeopardy, one of the contestants used the Jeopardy theme to sing Adon Olam (common closing hymn in a Jewish service).  So, which songs lyrics/song would you like to see heard using the Jeopardy theme (can include singer)?

"Deep River" sung by Ernest Whitman and chorus -- The Sun Shines Bright (1953)

The hymn comes in at about 7:00 in this clip. Judge Priest is the only mourner who will participate in the funeral of a prostitute, but one by one, most of the town joins him.

Next: Another hymn or spiritual from a 1950s movie
