Princess of Tap
Choreography by Busby Berkeley is really a hard question because Busby Berkeley didn't do dance steps per say, he directed and created concepts for musical sequences to his liking. My favorite musical sequence that he directed was "Fascinating Rhythm" in Lady Be Good starring Eleanor Powell and featuring The Berry Brothers. Eleanor Powell and The Berry Brothers were each responsible for their own dance movement, but Busby Berkeley directed the entire sequence, which also included singer Connie Russell.
