What sports figure would make the best transition to movies?

I always like commercials with LA Clippers players Chris Paul and Blake Griffin. Blake's kind of one-note, but he's hilarious.

Russell Westbrook might transition well.

Those Aaron Rodgers/State Farm Insurance commercials have shown me the guy could have the chops...he's got the look of exasperation down pretty well, anyway.

(...and I think Kobe holds his own in those Apple commercials with actual actor Michael B. Jordan)

Mark McGuire could play in one of those macho  space, war movies.  Make a good Arnold substitute.

Serena%202016%20smaller.jpg

In her debut, Serena Williams suddenly drops her racket and praises the Lord. The Lord is so happy that he/she/it had her opponent break her knee so that Serena could win the match. With her new-found humility, good Serena rejects the win and becomes a nun. The movie grossed $29.91 the first weekend. Everyone preferred Miss Williams as a tennis player who never retires and who wins everything in sight.

Andy Devine.

(Well, he was a semi-pro football player.)

I hope he didn't have to bark any signals.
