error 33 not authorized

I have direct tv, and today I'm getting 0033:The customer is not authorized for the content requested.  I've never gotten this before, and have no idea if it's me or on their side.  I couldn't find a contact us to report it to.   :(

I found a DIRECTV forum with this same issue from a couple of years ago. Seems it's DIRECTV's problem, which they corrected.

Amy..this just happened to me today..couldn't use tcm or CNN app..didn't want to reset directv password like they suggest so I just logged into my directv account, came back to tcm..now it's working. .I don't know why, but it worked and I didn't have to wait days like the forum sez
