moviejoe79
movieloverny - I'm glad you mentioned the Film Forum. I had posted info about their tribute to Lubitsch, but never mentioned the M.G.M. musicals festival. And in August they will be showing "Sunset Boulevard," "Chinatown," "Johnny Guitar," and "The Adventures of Robin Hood." Both Film Forum and the Museum of Modern Art have a habit of showing classics during the summer months. MOMA will be showing "Dinner at Eight," among others. Hopefully this thread inspires others to share info about any classics being shown on the wide screen in their area. You never know - someone could read about a certain film that they want to see, and wind up attending.
