Matthew MillerVerified account @matthewamiller 18h18 hours ago Would love to know what the career staff in the Civil Division and OLC at DOJ think about whether they can actually defend the IRS in court for not turning over Trump's tax returns. Is there any legally defensible argument they can make when the law is so clear on its face? -how 'bout "Awwww ...They're pickin' on me"

Yeah and the same man cleared of that offense by Mueller.

Just because Trump has taken his premature victory lap of no collusion, no obstruction, doesn't mean he's exonerated. Barr cleared him, not Mueller. Now they are trying to not release the Mueller report, and after 2 years, the Mueller team is starting to whisper that the findings are much more damaging to Trump than what his stooge A.G. let on. Plus the Trump criminal organization has been committing crimes even after coming to the W.H. and after 2 years of the GOP looking the other way, the Dems are now able to take their vows seriously and do legi2nitate oversight into all the areas this administration has played fast and loose with our laws and the constitution. Ham must be laughing; the above reply matches what the cartoon was trying to communicate to a T. PS: Hey, Arturo: what to you think about Mueller and Rosenstein? E.g. are they both in collusion with Barr to hide these more damaging findings? If NOT, then if either of them believes the Barr summary is grossly misleading, why haven't either of them said something? Rosenstein said he stayed on because he wanted to ensure Mueller could complete the investigation. Why would he stay on just to assist in a cover-up of Mueller's findings? 1
