metro goldwyn mayor made it, and i unfortunately only caught the last 5-10 minutes of it before it went off and then nothing good in the credits afterwards! if you know ANYTHING about this, please do tell me!

apparently this cute pit bull was cheating on her "husband," when her husband found them together and she shot the husband. went to court, made the jury cry, and her husbands dog-ghost was haunting her. i swear i was brought to tears like 3 times from laughing.

oh please know what i'm talking about! thanks!

Hello KellyVonM and cray -

The short you both caght the "tail" end of tonight was titled "Hot Dog" made in 1930.

I found this info in a forum on these boards devoted to the shorts TCM plays and includes regular postings from the person responsible for the scheduling of the shorts between films. All the titles of shorts upcoming on TCM are posted a few days in advance along with when they will appear on the channel. Click Below -

You can try a Google search for "Dogville" shorts or maybe search at Amazon to see if this (or any other) Dogville shorts have been included as an 'extra' on a recent DVD release. I don't think there have been any DVDs released that compile them onto a single disc. But I am no expert. There are some others that post around here that seem to know those things.

By googling "Dogville Shorts" through the DOGPILE search engine (how's that for synchronicity!), I located an outfit called World's Best Comics & Toys, which offers a DVD of "all 9 Dogville Shorts" for $20 plus shipping.

Being a chancey kinda guy, I fired the ol' PayPal gizmo right up & ordered myself one.

If you feel like playing it safe, you can wait til I get mine, and I'll post a review here.
