Calling All Computer Wizards, PLEASE HELP!!!

I know this doesn't belong on a TCM thread, but nobody seems to be able to help me. I posted this in Information Please, but again, no dice, but a lot of you know computers better than I so perhaps someone can give me some advice.


By installing Mozilla I now get the sign in/register logo on my TCM homepage, however, being Christmas time, I went onto the Northpole site yesterday for my grandaughter to play the games, and when she tried to trim the tree, my mouse won't drag the ornaments over. Instead I get that little circle with the line through it that means unavailable. She was so disappointed because none of her games work now, even on PBSKids which she always plays on.


Please give me some suggestions on what to do.

Hey Anne,


Are you on Windows? If so, here's a site that can help you with just about everything computer related. I have been having problems with my computer lately and this message board was a supreme help.


All you have to do is register real quick, then post your question. I hope it helps.
