ryanmacleod03
Has TCM ever showed the movie "Scarface"? Either the classic 1932 movie with Paul Muni, or even the 1983 remake with Al Pacino (which I doubt they would even show), or if they plan to show it sometime soon. I was just wondering. nickdimeo
Yeah, TCM showed Scarface (1932) about a year and a half ago. No, TCM has not shown the piece of crap remake starring Al Pacino. If you are interested in the 1932 version I would be willing to send it to you to copy in exchange for one of your movies. Howard Hughes estate owns this movie so it is rarely shown! moviejoe79
Just to let you guys know - I was on Universal Studios' website the other day, and they have a DVD of the 1932 "Scarface" scheduled for release in September. I think it might be a collector's edition which will include the remake as well, since the remake is also out-of-print at the moment. Go to their website, and click on upcoming releases under the DVD section.
alix1929
Must agree--the 1932 SCARFACE is vastly superior to the Pacino version. Glad to hear it's going to be released to DVD.
