Bogie56
Trump has reiterated his desire to bring back good ole torture. He's tough. Maybe he would be willing to do a charity boxing match with De Niro.

Bogie56
Thanks to Trump, the Doomsday Clock Advances Toward Midnight https://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/26/opinion/thanks-to-trump-the-doomsday-clock-advances-toward-midnight.html?_r=0 It hasn't been this dangerously close to midnight since 1953. Is this what Trump supporters wanted when they wished to return to the 'happier' times of the 50's? Trump has to go.
ElCid
Trump's taking the oil, spoils of war comment made at CIA HQ the day after his inauguration has gone over like a lead balloon in Iraq and the middle east. Didn't work under Cheney, won't work under Trump. And Cheney is a whole lot smarter than Trump.
ElCid
Lawrence O'Donnell, Jan 26: Mexico-1; Trump-0. Trump revealed his incompetence at actual negotiations by allowing the Mexican president to best him over the meeting. If you are a skilled negotiator, you don't cancel the meeting or let the other person cancel it. You meet and out negotiate him/her. Trump loses - again. Add this to China -1; Trump - 0 in the TPP fiasco.

Bogie56
Yesterday, Trump stood beside the Prime Minister of Great Britain in the White House and said that he advocated breaking the law and torturing people. This isn't some foaming at the mouth twit standing on a street corner, it is the President of the Untied States. He has got to go.
Princess of Tap
Didn't work under Cheney, won't work under Trump. And Cheney is a whole lot smarter than Trump. Are you kidding? Dick Cheney is a whole lot smarter than Trump, Pence, Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan all put together. They are the most pathetic leaders of the Republican party that I've ever seen in my entire life.
ElCid
Trump exectuvive order restricting Muslims from seven countries already under attack in courts as being unconstitutional. Also, that it gives preference to Christians simply because of their religion. Ironically of all the terrorist attacks in US that might be blamed on Islamic Terrorism, not one of the people involved came from any of the seven countries on Trump's list. On the other hand, the countries they did come from are not on Trump's list. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Remember.....GWB's first reaction to 9/11 was to invade Iraq, which had nothing to do with the attack, And that the highjackers were Saudi nationals, like Osama Bin Laden. And shortly after both the WTC attacks and the invasion of Iraq, GWB was photographed walking hand in hand with some Saudi bigshot. "Dumb" would have been a step UP for that numbnuts. Vautrin
I'm always amused at how George Soros is depicted as an evil genius spending his many millions to slowly destroy the U.S. This is just more right wing hyperbole, as is the idea that he was the mastermind behind the Ferguson protests. I believe that of the seven countries on Donny's list not one is a place where he has business dealings. Just a coincidence no doubt. http://www.snopes.com/politics/business/sorosferguson.asp
mr6666
"International groups and civil liberties organizations have roundly condemned Trump's immigration orders. "'Extreme vetting' is just a euphemism for discriminating against Muslims," said Anthony Romero, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union. Romero said Trump's order breached the US constitution's ban on religious discrimination by choosing countries with Muslim majorities for tougher treatment. Many foreign leaders said they were aghast over the new US policy. Iran answered in kind by saying it would ban Americans from entering the country, calling Trump's action insulting..... https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-talks-world-leaders-amid-alarm-over-policy-161050467.html

I can hear his upcoming speech: my hand selected team of really great folks reviewed the vetting and they made wonderful progress,,, just wonderful,,,,,they did a fantastic job so now the ban can be lifted. (but the actual vetting will be 99% the same, oh well, welcome to Trump's world).

mr6666
"The Washington Post reports that a volatile and unstable Trump opened his call with Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull by boasting about – for the umpteenth time – the margin by which he won the Electoral College. When Turnbull asked if Trump was planning to honor an Obama Administration agreement to resettle 1,250 refugees in the United States, Trump lost his cool. “This is the worst deal ever!” groused Trump, who complained he was going to “get killed” politically and then accused Australia of trying to “export the next Boston bomber” to us. Trump then told him he had spoken to several other leaders today, including Vladimir Putin, and that this was by far “the worst.” The aging racist then abruptly hung up the phone, 25 minutes into a conversation expected to last an hour.... http://occupydemocrats.com/2017/02/02/trump-just-disrespected-insulted-one-closest-allies/
