This Thread is about what individuals have said about Donald Trump. They don't have to be famous or well-known, but it's probably more interesting if others are knowledgeable about their identity and background. What I'm looking for are just quotes with attribution. You can look at my first three examples. I feel like when a person actually has to write what another person has said--they better understand what they are actually communicating. Every thread doesn't have to be identical or conform to the average.

jamesjazzguitar
than the democrats shoulda thought long and hard before obligatorally nominating hillary clinton... mistakes can yield severe consequences. There were many, many clues way prior to 2016, starting with the Dem defeats in 2010 especially the major gains by the GOP at the state and local levels.
NipkowDisc
just what exactly does this clown mccullough mean by handing over how far we've come to trump? I assume he's alluding to social 'progress' like same-sex marriage and the like. America ain't just progressives alone but social conservatives as well. the religious and the god-fearing. why should not that part of America consider the scotus' same-sex marriage ruling an attack upon judeo-christian morality and indeed, the civilized standards of western civilization itself? for the traditional monogamous marriage union is one of the very underpinnings of western civilization and it's associated societies. it's always that one way with liberals... their way and bleep what everybody else believes! that is not freedom and tolerance but a godless and soulless authoritarianism masquerading as human liberty. You couldn't be more wrong as it relates to SSM. No liberal is forcing anyone to get married to someone of the same sex. Instead is it conservatives that wish to DENY the right for someone to get married to someone of the same sex. THAT is being a soulless authoritarian as well as denying liberty. (BE HONEST, you know I'm right here). Why do you care WHO someone marries???? Why do YOU wish to control the lives of others????? Really Nip, I understand why you support conservatives on economic issues but I don't understand why you're so afraid of gay people. Note that Trump favors SSM and said so after the election. Note that Trump favors SSM and said so after the election. two points.... religious-minded people IN NO WAY should be expected to accept edicts that run completely contrary to their perception of human interrelations. suppose the scotus ruled in favor of pedophia or bestiality? would you argue that such practices fell within the purview of basic human rights and or liberty??? the other point is that set standards of moral conduct have to be maintained from generation to generation otherwise degradation, corruption and collapse of those standards will occur...and to a considerable extent have. so asking people of faith to accept a form of secular godlessness without so much as a squawk is not reasonable... nor is it reasonable to characterize legitimate moral objections religious americans have as bigotry, hatred and prejudice. Vautrin
Religious types will just have to accept the fact that we don't live in a Christian equivalent of Iran or Saudi Arabia, where religious authorities have a significant say in government. Gay marriage will work out okay and nobody will be disturbed, except in their feelings. Two hundred years ago slavery was considered moral by most people. Should that moral institution have been maintained and not changed? Morals change, always have, always will.
