Donald Trump vs. the United States of America

Just the facts, in 40 sentences.

"Sometimes it’s worth stepping back to look at the full picture....

He has pressured a foreign leader to interfere in the 2020 American presidential election.

He urged a foreign country to intervene in the 2016 presidential election.

He divulged classified information to foreign officials.

He publicly undermined American intelligence agents while standing next to a hostile foreign autocrat.

He hired a national security adviser who he knew had secretly worked as a foreign lobbyist.

He encourages foreign leaders to enrich him and his family by staying at his hotels.

He genuflects to murderous dictators.

He has alienated America’s closest allies.

He lied to the American people about his company’s business dealings in Russia.

He tells new lies virtually every week — about the economy, voter fraud, even the weather.

He spends hours on end watching television and days on end staying at resorts.

He often declines to read briefing books or perform other basic functions of a president’s job.

He has aides, as well as members of his own party in Congress, who mock him behind his back as unfit for office.....

He described white supremacists as “some very fine people.”

He told four women of color, all citizens and members of Congress, to “go back and help fix the totally broken and crime-infested places from which they came.”

He made a joke about Pocahontas during a ceremony honoring Native American World War II veterans.

He launched his political career by falsely claiming that the first black president was not really American.

He launched his presidential campaign by describing Mexicans as “rapists.”

He has described women, variously, as “a dog,” “a pig” and “horseface,” as well as “bleeding badly from a facelift” and having “blood coming out of her wherever.”

He has been accused of sexual assault or misconduct by multiple women...........

He made his fortune partly through wide-scale financial fraud.

He has refused to release his tax returns.

He falsely accused his predecessor of wiretapping him.

He claimed that federal law-enforcement agents and prosecutors regularly fabricated evidence, thereby damaging the credibility of criminal investigations across the country.

He has ordered children to be physically separated from their parents.

He has suggested that America is no different from or better than Vladimir Putin’s Russia.

He has called America a “hellhole.”

He is the president of the United States, and he is a threat to virtually everything that the United States should stand for.

see all: https://www.nytimes.com/2019/09/22/opinion/trump-ukraine-whistle-blower.html

He'll go down in history as America's criminal president.

Vanity Fair not happy with Trump....

"In spite of the fact that he would attack a toddler if he felt threatened, in spite of the fact that he has attacked a grieving war widow, in spite of the fact that his face alone should be the basis for a Mount Rushmore of Assholes, perhaps you still held on to one infinitesimal shred of hope. Maybe, in spite of all evidence to the contrary, you still believed that Donald Trump wouldn’t sink so low as to mock a 16-year-old shortly after she gave an impassioned, pleading speech calling out world leaders for not even doing the bare minimum to address climate change, dooming her generation to a world of extreme weather, dire living conditions, and unpredictable disaster. But of course, you would be entirely wrong, and have learned a valuable lesson about where Trump ranks on the pond-scum-to-raw-sewage scale:

Just to be clear, that’s the president of the United States ridiculing Swedish activist Greta Thunberg for having the audacity to tell people like him that “we are in the beginning of a mass extinction,” to shame them for having “stolen my dreams, my childhood, with your empty words,” and to ask, “How dare you pretend that this can be solved with just business as usual and some technical solutions?”

Thunberg, of course, is an affront to the president not only because she cares about the planet, but because she doesn’t act the way he thinks nice young girls should, i.e. smiling, being agreeable, and entering beauty pageants to be harassed by creepy real estate developers. In Trump’s mind, it’s a slippery slope between being a teen girl who devotes her life to pushing leaders to do something about the coming apocalypse and becoming a “nasty” woman!"

Here Greta shows more maturity than the US president--Sad in a long line of sad.....

Fox News' Judge Napolitano:

1 What President Trump has admitted (solicitation of Ukraine for dirt) is a crime

2 Giuliani's acts would be "same crime"

The White House accidentally emailed its talking points on Trump's Ukraine call to House Democrats

From CNN's Jim Acosta

The White House accidentally emailed its talking points about the President's call with the Ukrainian leader to House Democrats.

The talking points include lines like: "Let’s be clear, there was no quid pro quo for Ukraine to get US aid in exchange for looking into Biden or his son."

The White House later tried to recall the email message........

Incompetency right down to the wrong email address. That must have been top presidential aide Ivanka.

In what sounds like a scene straight out of “Veep,” the White House on Wednesday accidentally emailed all of its talking points on President Donald Trump’s call with the Ukrainian president to House and Senate Democrats ― and then followed up with a “recall” email hoping lawmakers would ignore what just happened.

Pelosi, top Democrats favor quick, narrow Trump impeachment probe focused on Ukraine

Speaker Nancy Pelosi and senior House Democrats agreed in a private meeting Wednesday that they should narrow their impeachment investigation of President Trump to his dealings with the president of Ukraine, according to five Democrats familiar with the conversation. .......

Democrats said the evidence was incriminating enough — and easy enough for voters to understand — to proceed with their impeachment inquiry and soon. “Strike while the iron’s hot,” said one individual in the meeting, summarizing the sentiment. Democrats said they could move quickly on impeachment and act by the end of the year. .......

that keeping the inquiry narrowly focused on the Ukraine allegations could also help keep the investigation out of the courts, where a slew of investigative matters have been bogged down for months — though she did not rule out ultimately including other episodes in potential articles of impeachment. .......

This Ukrainian leader is the victim of the trump Shakedown.

I saw him on the news talking to the media.

He was truly desperate and terrified and can barely speak English.

It even looks like he had to ask some reporters for the right words because he was so scared and didn't want to be implicated in this mess.

*But considering the close relationship that Trump has with Putin, I'm surprised Trump allowed Ukraine to have any money at all.

**What trump is forgetting in all of this, is that the money has been allocated by the representatives of the American people to go to the people of Ukraine. .

***trump has forgotten that he does not own the American government and that it is not his family business. So, he has no right to withhold what rightfully has been awarded by the representatives of the American people.

****But once a con, always a con.

 Stop. Read this

-- the first real line of the #WhistleblowerComplaint:

"The President of the United States is using the power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign country in the 2020 U.S. election."

The full complaint: https://intelligence.house.gov/uploadedfiles/

There's something Vaguely Familiar about this.

But I suppose if trump needed help the first time oh, he's going to need even more help the second time around.

Here's Rudy Giuliani reading personal text messages live on air

in an effort to prove just how deeply involved in this Ukraine mess the State Department is

--------------------------------------------

Why Giuliani read his personal texts on Fox News, briefly explained

Giuliani’s “giant iPad texts” were undeniably amusing — but they’re a serious problem for the State Department.

https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2019/9/27/20887170/rudy-giuliani-text-messages-ukraine-fox-news-state-department-volker

With Giuliani as your defense attorney the state doesn't have to hire a prosecutor, he can handle both jobs at once.

THE WHITE O.J. HUH?

OJ was just a common criminal who lost it in a momentary fit of jealous rage.  He committed the crime, and has done some time.

Donald Trump has been a common criminal his whole life, getting away with his many crimes.  He committed criminal acts to help him get elected president, has continued to commit criminal acts while he has been president, and has now been caught endeavoring to commit more criminal acts to help him get reelected President  It appears this last set may finally bring him down.  Hope so.  Like OJ he deserves to do time for at least some of his crimes.

If a fact, then what is Hilary Clinton?

The victim of Donald Trump’s and the GOP’s lies.  Donald Trump has used his MO, accuse the other side what you are guilty of.  Between that and Trump’s collusion with Russia, he was able to a”win” in 2016.

Hillary was the victim of her own arrogance and that of her incompetent campaign staff.

I'm sticking to the above,  until someone can show me solid and logical reasons why her clown staff told her she didn't need to visit the battleground state of Wisconsin even ONCE during the campaign,  and why she was not much more active in the other nearby states of Ohio,  Michigan,  and Pennsylvanian.

Oh, and Clinton ran ads here in CA:  That was a state she did have in the bag.   Spending money there instead of those battleground states,  was another idiot move by her staff.

I agree that Hillary was arrogant and felt entitled, and she and her campaign ran a poor campaign.  However, the sneak she Cris es at the hands of agrumo and the GOP is what really did her in.

Well we can agree to disagree with what 'really did her in'.     Clinton lost by very small margins in those battleground states.

If Clinton had run a professional campaign,  she would have won those states by very small margins instead of losing them.

I.e. my point here is that GOP 'tricks' did assist Trump but not much (clearly not as much as you imply),  and that Clinton could have made-up-that-difference if she ran a solid campaign and had competent people,  instead of silly arrogant ones,  working for her.
