The NFB began to garner its reputation for outstanding animation in 1941, when pioneering experimental filmmaker Norman McLaren joined the organization. Jlewis Posted April 2, 2017 Share Posted April 2, 2017 I have seen most of these but it is so great to see them on an actual television set again. Also nice they aren't just doing the all-time favorites like The Cat Came Back, but also tackling the less famous like Norman McLaren's earliest efforts in Canada such as Mail Early. 1 Link to post Share on other sites
