garand
This morning - August 22nd about 7:00am CST I think this was a short on TCM. Black and White short which looked to be from the 30's and the premise was an all African-American dance number with waiters, cooks, guests, and dancers at what appeared to be a high class night club etc. The number struck really stook out as all the dancers were doing a type of duck-walk as they danced to the number and the performers heads moved back and forth. I only caught about 30 or 40 seconds of the number and I was not sure if it was a comedy or just a number done in poor taste for the time. As I mentioned I just saw a short segment - any thoughts. No, that was a scene during the closing minutes of the feature NEW FACES OF 1937.
