JackFavell
I can't wait for tonight! I haven't seen NGASAEB in years! It's my favorite of the later W. C. Fields. The poster captures the strangeness of the movie.

hlywdkjk
Happy to hear everyone's approval. I almost went with one of multiple images for *If I Had A Million* because of the rare showing of that film this evening. lzcutter
Chief, That poster for *The Scarlett Empress( is just hands-down gorgeous. I think this might be the first film where the "Dietrich" persona comes into full bloom. The poster captures that very well.

DougieB
It's hard to tell who's more gorgeous and ethereal on the "Indiscretion" poster, Jennifer or Monty. Beautiful.

DougieB
There's something really quintessential about this "Blue Hawaii" poster. Wouldn't you love a stand-up cutout of Elvis with the lei in motion, strumming on the ukelele? And I'm sure those four young women are all ulelele experts too, right? stjohnrv
I watched this film the other night for the first time and for the first 45 mins or more i thought ok just another young star in a rather hohum period drama. THEN, following her marriage we witness the spiritless girl become a woman and what a woman. wow, those eyes under the white bearskin would sweep any man along with no regard to his ultimate fate. I became a Dietrich fan and will ever remain one. Edited by: stjohnrv on Jan 8, 2010 8:58 PM
