*"I am trying to figure out the one next to Douglas Fairbanks Jr. on the right..." - JackFavell*

My first guess would be Ray Milland.

As for Tyrone Power's neck, I agree, where did it go?

*"Lew Ayers sounds good."* - movieman1957

Well, it did sound good. But, as I feared, probably not true. Lew Ayers was a conscientious objector during WWII. He was in a labor camp before agreeing to "serve" in a non-combat medical capacity.

I doubt they would put him in military garb on a War Bond poster. Back to square one.

Kyle - I haven't been on in a while and just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy this thread. I find it very relaxing and sometimes even giggle. Still my favorite - Flying Down to Rio.

Okay, actually, I couldn't get my new email address to register under my old name.)

Hola, Kylefornia! -- I've been meaning to thank you for the Marnie and Rear Window posters. Those are excellent! They both brought a big smile to my face.

FrankGrimes told me Hitchcock was God. Kyle (don't know what he calls Fritz Lang) In Hollywood

Lang is the Prince of Darkness. :D

Two Hitchcock posters (including one with Miss Kelly!) in a single week.

What can I say? I guess I was distracted with "The Great War" series.

And does Mr. Lewton know that Mr. Lang is "The Prince Of Darkness"?

Fickle, fickle...

Ah! Success!

I have been pretty much unable to get on to the message boards lately and thus have missed many an opportunity to compliment you on posters. I'm glad it let me through today- I love it!

:)
