msladysoul
I'm looking for someone who could help me who works within a Library. I will pay a price if someone who would copy some articles that I'm looking for. I'm looking for articles from African American newspapers(The Black Press). I'm researching a classic star's life through those papers that are on microfilm. I have the dates, etc. Please get in touch with me at MsLadySoul@aol.com Thanks
moviejoe79
I used to work in a library, and many times a patron would use the microfilm to look up old newspaper articles that we had - many times from decades ago. I used to peruse them myself sometimes. Your local library should be able to help you with this, and find you the articles that you need. Talk to one of the librarians the next time you go, they should be more than happy to help you. You should also be able to borrow materials from other libraries that are within your county, if your own library lacks the info that you're looking for. moviejoe79
Sorry - I was just trying to be helpful. The point I was trying to make is that you can borrow things from other libraries, not just the one that's in your town.
