But there is great inequity in what states get back from the Feds for all the money paid to the Feds.

But that's nothing new...what donniewonnie is doing now is just another 'you have to do me a favor, though'...and, no, nobody does...the money should go where the need is, but just from the first 'feed the rich' bill, nearly 60% of small businesses in the Dakota's and Montana...where nothing was closed..got a big chunk of money...only 15 % in Cal, where they actually needed it.  No one on earth can think trump's philosophy of 'feed my ego, or you get nothing' is moral, or even remotely human.  Can you imagine if Obama had told the red South too bad about that tornado, but if you can't budget your money, too bad.

It appears you didn't fully read what I posted.     Not everything in life is related to donnie and donnie hate.

I mentioned that I'm NOT for this 'game' Trump and McConnell are trying to play.      But my point stands;  IF they are going to play a game AND they use actual data to do so,  it is the red-states and states that voted for that moron Trump that should receive less money.

I hope that all the Trump supporters know that your billionaires are going to be just fine while everyone goes back to work to scrape together a living at the risk of death.

Today Trump warned that if elected the democrats might rescind the billionaire tax breaks.  You wouldn't want that now, would you.  You would be much happier if they just took away your health care.

Trump’s comments on Fox News and ABC recent days betray his wishful attempt to move past the crisis. It’s a wish he’s acting on, but the virus often has other ideas.

Well personally covid-19 is not a problem for trump's health. It's only a problem for his political future.

So he's ready to move on.

It's too bad that his fellow Americans don't have that same option.

So it's ridiculous to think that he could change because of this horrible scourge of a pandemic.

But the American people themselves will Unite in spite of their divisive president because that's the kind of people they are and because they have good responsive leadership in Most states and localities.

You don't really believe the BS you have in that last sentence:     Haven't you seen the protest?   Haven't you seen Trump approval ratings from members of the GOP?

Sorry,  but the kind of people they are (the American people),   were the kind that voted for Trump and made him our President.     Just take Ham as one example;  He doesn't regret voting for Trump and he is likely to do so again  (and I single out Ham since to me his is the only "reasonable" conservative at this forum).

I agree 100% that Trump won't change,   but  sadly either will the vast majority of his supporters and those that voted for him in 2016.

trump may be the president of the United States in the midst of a deadly pandemic that has killed more than 80,000 Americans in a few weeks--

but as a Narcissistic Sociopath he has more important things to worry about--

The Russian probe, getting  Michael Flynn off, and immediately calling his buddy Vladimir Putin to tell him the good news.

If nothing else, trump is consistently  transparent.

Words can either uplift people or bring them down

Words that are spoken from the highest office in the land have consequences that can be positive or negative.

Taking responsibility for what you say is part of being an adult.

And speaking responsibly is the other part of being an adult.

When the so-called “rich guys” speak negatively about the market, you must always remember that some are betting big against it, and make a lot of money if it goes down. Then they go positive, get big publicity, and make it going up. They get you both ways. Barely legal?

Barely legal sounds like something Jeffrey Epstein once whispered into Trump’s ear. But anyway, when the so-called “rich guys” like Trump bankrupt a bunch of casinos and now shockingly run our nation, you know we’re in for a wild rollercoaster ride. And Trump certainly delivered.

Trump took President Obama’s soaring economy that he saved from George W. Bush and crashed it so hard on the rocks with more than 33 million Americans losing their jobs. Trump’s solution was to first say “it’s just the flu, bro” and then tell desperate people to drink bleach.

With nearly 85,000 Americans dead within the last several months,

It's intolerable to have the president of the United States writing such inane crap in public.

Obviously, trump's not up to the job and obviously he has no concern about Americans dying, losing their jobs and suffering right now.

President Trump and his team are launching an unprecedented smear campaign against rivals, leveling wild and false allegations against critics in the media and politics, ranging from bizarre conspiracy theories to spreading lies about pedophilia and even murder.

These smear campaigns are unmoored from reality. They're deranged and indecent and seem designed at least in part to distract us from the horrific death, health, and economic crisis caused by the pandemic. The pandemic, which impacts you, is what we will continue to focus on.

The FDA has not approved hydroxychloroquine for treating covid-19.....

Medical authorities say that it could even be dangerous as Cardiac Arrest can be a side effect.....

And here a doctor,  a Fox medical Consultant, is against the president's advice to use hydroxychloroquine to fight covid-19.....

What a terrible time we live in when concern during a pandemic is that the fed gov't, under a president* whose greatest "strength" is his need to seek revenge against his opposition, may not provide relief to a state during a natural disaster because the governor is a Democrat.

In morning tweets, the president took aim at two states that have shifted plans in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

An American president withholding Federal disaster funding from a state currently experiencing major flooding from a dam break-- in addition to being a covid-19 hot spot--

all because the female Democratic governor has criticized him for not being responsive to her demands for medical supplies and equipment.

As far as trump is concerned, Governor Whitmer is the enemy because she is a Democrat, who then further had the audacity to criticize his lack of leadership ability. So he has decided that Americans, and American businesses in the area should suffer.

I wonder if trump even realizes that those Americans in Michigan and those business owners in Michigan have paid federal taxes to ensure that they will receive Federal Aid in case of a disaster.

trump either thinks the federal treasury is his own personal possession or that he is a freewheeling dictator who can do whatever he wants in the office of the presidency.

Either way, this kind of serial, characteristic behavior is why the Democrats had to impeach him.
