Christmas Programs

Years ago, late '50s early '60's, in the Philadelphia area (at least) there were two Christmas shows performed with marionettes depicting the birth of Christ and The Night Before Christmas. They were always broadcast together. Each program was about 45 min. Does anyone out there remember these? Could these programs possibly be available on video?

Yes! It was all we had, years before there was a Charlie Brown or Rudolph or any of the other shows. It was shown in black and white, and each was around 15 minutes. The film is actually in color, and has been released on DVD. It's called The Spirit of Christmas, and can be purchased from Philadelphia's Movies Unlimited:
