homebeingkeylargo
Does this movie sound familiar to anyone? A Vietnam vet is living in a hospital. He ignores discipline and sneaks out his window. He is in love with a nurse and friends with a grave digger. He has a secret underground room in the middle of a freeway loop and he hacks into the phone system to call up his family members. At the end he and the nurse go to Canada. Does this sound familiar?? Fedya
My first instinct would be The Crazy World of Julius Vrooder starring Timothy Bottoms and Barbara Hershey (as Barbara Seagull).
danthemoviefan
That's got to be the film the O.P. is looking for. I don't think it's ever been on home video, but it turns up on FMC now and then.
Fedya
Unfortunately, FMC's web-site doesn't list it as part of the current rotation. Their search doesn't yield every Fox movie; only the ones which are currently being played to death. Indeed, they only list three results for Gene Tierney, who spent much of her career at Fox: Belle Starr, The Iron Curtain, and The Left Hand of God. I can't remember the last time they showed Leave Her to Heaven.... :-(
