60-70's movie about teens taking ove looking for name of movie.

movie was about teens taking over usa.they wanted younger voteing ages and young president.there was a song thirteen or fight. one of the teens got into congress and another was president. they drugged any one older then I think 30.at end of movie the president was on pier and a crab bite him and he killed it. a boy about 10 seen him and thought that the older guy shoud got out and the kids take out.

 

 

looked all ove to see If anyone knows this movie it had other songs in it I thought it was born to be wild but its not

any help out there?
