This movie had a cast of dogs, they acted and dressed like people, I remember a scene that took place in a court room, female dog cheated on her husband, and was accused, next scene was in a ball room, dogs dancing and arguing, very funny. Please help, my children would love this film. Black and white maybe in the 30's. Thank you
