"Add Information" on movie pages

This used to be easy to do, but now it's virtually impossible (I'm not talking about the message boards).

 

Now, when you go to a movie page and click on "Add Information", a space comes up. There are three things you have to do - select a category, type your message, and then name the source you got it from. Well, the last two are OK, but when you click on "Select your category", there are no categories! And without those categories, you can't submit the information. It won't go through.

 

BTW, the typographical options for the message boards - boldface, italics, underline, etc. don't seem to be working. I tried to print the phrase "there are no categories" in boldface, and it didn't work.
