Takes a very #WeakPresident to put out an ad on Craigslist for “minority actors” to attend the COVID-infested Trump rally in Tulsa. #WeakPresident

Yes, girls and boys --

The Central Park 5/ birther president actually hires black actors and actresses to act like his supporters at, otherwise,  lily-white rallies.

How low can one president go?

For an answer to that, you might ask the peaceful protesters who were in Lafayette Square when trump sicced tear gas and rubber bullets on them for his

"Out of the Bunker--

I'm a tough guy who cleared the park of peaceful protesters--

Right-wing publicity

 Bible photo op."

CNN

Comedian Jay Pharoah shared surveillance footage of him being detained by Los Angeles police, who allegedly approached him with guns drawn and knelt on his neck in a similar way that led to George Floyd's death. "I know how that feels."

3:11 PM · Jun 15, 2020·SocialFlow

The police said this was a simple case of mistaken identity.

In other words they were looking for a black man in the vicinity who had clothing and perhaps a body buildbodybuild similar to that of the SNL comedian.

But when you consider what was done to Jay Pharoah--

Police Guns drawn,

A police officer's knee on his neck--

One wrong move on his part could have easily led to his death.

When did the police in this country become the judge, jury and executioner for unarmed black men who were in the wrong place at the wrong time?

US attorney announces the gunman who allegedly killed two law enforcement officers in California
was associated with the right-wing Boogaloo movement. A patch bearing the group’s symbol was found in the van used by the shooter in Oakland and Santa Cruz killings

FBI: The gunman, an Air Force sergeant, and an accomplice went to Oakland "to take advantage” of BLM protests at the courthouse and open fire on officers.

The pair were not associated with the protests.

The gun used in the shooting of federal security officers was an AR-15 style rifle, US attorney says
. “They came to Oakland to kill cops,” FBI special agent says.

ATF official: The weapon used in the fatal shootings of two officers was a homemade so-called ghost gun without a serial number. “This fire arm is a machine gun with a silencer attached to its barrel."

UF had made moves to ban the chant "Gator Bait."

Before everyone gets confused as to why, here is some background:

"Alligator Bait" is the term derived from an activity conducted by white men, mostly in the swamps of Louisiana and Florida.

Since alligator skin was fashionable, they would kidnap black infants [as] bait . These tidbits found themselves on postcards and news articles.

Before trump, Woodrow Wilson was the most racist, overtly racist president in modern times.

He repeatedly screened DW Griffith's The Birth of a Nation, in the White House, the film that lauded the Ku Klux Klan--

which resulted in numerous black men being lynched.

Woodrow Wilson was the progressive, who only had one blind-spot oh, he was a confederate and loyal to the death--

to Jefferson Davis.

While the progressive Wilson promoted the League of Nations to bring the Nations of the world together,

The racist president did all he could to divide black citizens from equality and to keep them segregated, even within the Federal government.

For far too long, American history books have been painting this man as a progressive--

but in every other way he was--

except seeing Jefferson Davis in chains was his blind spot--

So he saw to it that every black American paid for it in every way he could.

Woodrow Wilson wasn't just a white supremacist, he was one of the chief architects of Confederate revisionism and spearheaded the "Lost Cause" mythology that still infects our discourse, politics, and culture.

Wilson was repulsive and incredibly dangerous.

Trump opens remarks to young people in Phoenix by praising "Thousands of patriotic Americans who stand up tall for America and refuse to kneel to the radical left."

American Citizens who protest the reality of many other Americans who do not have the civil rights guaranteed under the

US Constitution are very patriotic.

While those who do not care if some Americans are left out of constitutional civil rights guarantees and

 who promote leadership --

which attacks the US Constitution and fairness and equality for All American Citizens--

Are  unpatriotic and seek to destroy the Integrity of our Democratic Republic.

 It's just that simple.

trump fans the Flames of Hatred to maintain his racist political base--

But his selfishly  inconsiderate  behavior has resulted in innocent Americans being hurt and threatened.

Today the last surviving murderer in the 16th Street Baptist Church bombing died in prison. Sadly, his legacy of racial violence & terrorism lives on in this country. The past may be painful but we must use it to recommit to working toward a better future.

Today this 86 year-old Ku Klux Klan member died in prison because he murdered 4 little black girls who were in church on Sunday, going to Sunday school, in Birmingham Alabama in 1963.

The real tragedy of this case is--

that this monster was only brought to Justice in 2001--

by a heroic prosecutor,

Doug Jones, a current US Senator from Alabama.

How many other of these 1960s, even 1950s, civil rights cases of hate crime murders have not been solved or have only found Justice after decades of hateful secrecy?

Justice postponed--

Is Justice denied!

BREAKING: Princeton University to remove former President Woodrow Wilson's name from public policy school due to his racist views.

Wilson, U.S. president from 1913 to 1921, supported segregation and imposed it on several federal agencies not racially divided up to that point. He also barred Black students from Princeton while serving as university president and spoke approvingly of the Ku Klux Klan.

DW Griffith's film "The Birth of a Nation" was often viewed by Woodrow Wilson in the White House. He called it:

"Like writing history with lightning."

The film's laudatory presentation of the Ku Klux Klan regenerated Klan membership and instigated numerous lynchings of black men.

The newly-formed NAACP called for a boycott of the film.

Let's see, this is the white man who is telling black American citizens that they need to learn history.....

This is the white man who thought that Frederick Douglass was still alive.....

This is the white man who had to ask a black secret service agent what Juneteenth was.....

And most of all, this is the white man who doesn't know  what systemic racism is in the United States of America today.

Is there an objective story about this incident?  I saw an interview with the property owner on TV last night.  From his viewpoint, the protesters circumvented a gate to a private, gated community for the purpose of demonstrating in it.  Why?  He also alleged that the protesters came onto his property and threatened his dog.

Interesting that his wife is the "first line of defense," while he is the back-up.  Of course this is apparently a video provided by a protester.

These people live near the mayor of St Louis. The protesters were on the way to the mayor's house.

The mayor had recently gone live on Facebook to out the names and addresses of Black Lives Matter protesters who had asked for the defunding of the police department.

There have now been calls for the mayor to resign. She has since deleted her video.

The protesters were walking on the sidewalk on the way to the mayor's house. They didn't appear to go on these people's property, but it wasn't a public sidewalk.

Trump is campaigning for reelection with a Nazi symbol. Again.

On the top: an official Trump/Pence “America First” tee.

On the bottom: the Iron Eagle, the symbol of the Nazi party.

It’s not an accident. Bigotry is his brand.

Trump is aware of the precedents for the term:

"America First" was used by [the Klan] and Charles Lindbergh, "who sympathized with the Nazis and whose rhetoric was characterized by anti-Semitism and offensive stereotypes, including assertions that Jews posed a threat to the US"

ImageThis eagle is very similar to that used by the US Navy and Coast Guard and has been a patriotic eagle design for many decades, if not longer.  It is nothing like the Nazi eagle.  This type thing is what validates Trump and others calling it fake media.

56 years ago today, President Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act of 1964, calling on his fellow Americans to “eliminate the last vestiges of injustice” in our country. It’s more clear than ever that there’s still more work to be done in our struggle for a just and equal America.

When it comes to respect for the equality of All American citizens in the society, under trump it appears the country has gone back further than 56 years.

Maybe that's why over 85% of Americans polled recently said their country is going in the wrong direction.
