maryjmartin
I watched your info on Sidney Portier yesterday. One film that got neglected was called All the Young Men. Sidney played a black man in charge of a white marine unit during the Korean War. He wasn't in a helpful serving role in this one. He got into a fist fight with Alan Ladd and stood up to a racist character in this one too. It's an almost ignored character study of men at war which should be better known.
