Bogie56
El Bano Del Papa or The Pope's Toilet (2007) Cesar Charlone, Enrique Fernandez, Uruguay. The Pope is planning a visit to their poor town and tens of thousands are expected to show up. A local who is living hand to mouth gets the idea that all these people will need somewhere to go when nature calls. He devises a plan to build an outhouse to make lots of money. But first he will have to earn some to purchase the materials. For me, this had the charm of one of those 1950's British films where everyone pulls together to make something happen.
