metsfan
You're welcome, here's some more of your favorite. mdffyx
The low-res full-lenght shot of Fay from Masters of Men is being offered by a guy in Australia who does a superb job of colorizing; company name "Dreampinups" Colorized Ginger Rogers looks like it could be one of his. I've checked back on ebay for stills he sells and many run to $100 level. I've had ebay put him on my favorite sellers list just so I can see his stuff as it's offered. Prices are too rich for my blood, but wrote him to say I admire his work. I'll see if I can find samples of his color that I've saved.

JackFavell
mdffyx- Thanks for posting the pictures from Applause. I especially love the poster. I am particularly excited to see these items because Applause is up next in my queue at Netflix, along with Hallelujah. I have never seen either and can't wait to get them, sometime in the next week. I have read about these movies for years!

Snorky
Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't been around much lately. Just too many demands on my time. Been crazy busy with my job, overtime, part-time computer work, part-time computer hobby - I'm not sure I know that much about computers but I know enough that everyone I know calls when they have a question or problem. Trying to keep up with all the chores around here, too. Then there was the Olympics... I don't usually plan on not being here it just happens that way. The longer I'm away the stronger the pull to return is though. I guess what really kept me away the last couple weeks along with the Olympics was that I promised myself I wouldn't return until I got all my files sorted out and backed up. A self-imposed moratorium on aquiring more pics until I'd organized an out of control file collection. I had 2 - 80 gb IDE drives with most of my files on them - software, documents, pics, etc. Also a SCSI drive with most of my movie pics on it (my former C:/ drive), new files in different spots on external drives, over-lapping backups - a real mess! Although I've built or rebuilt several machines since then I only recently finished installing a few final programs on my own computer here and spent 12 - 14 hours a couple Sundays ago setting up a directory structure on a new SATA drive and sorting and copying all my files to it. Then got it all backed up later that week. My movie pics (and TCM and movie related text files) still need sorted though. Lots of new pics to sort and some duplicates. I guess I'll use a program for that - to find the duplicates regardless of the file name. So I at least have all my movies pics under one umbrella folder at this point. I'm setting up a new folder for pics from metsfan and mdffyx to help avoid reposts. Thanks again for all the great pics! Jeffster
