FredCDobbs
Well don't quit! I just happened to remember the unusual face of the girl on the left. It took me a while to find her name and to find out which movie the still is from.
scsu1975
Heck,I thought it was Joan Crawford on the right ... and then I manage to get IZZY MURPHY correct! Don't quit, Bill .. these are fun for us. Rich
FredCDobbs
Your IZZY MURPHY solution was remarkable. It certainly didn't look like George Jessel to me. At first I thought the girl on the right in the last photo was Joan Crawford, but I just happened to remember the odd face of the girl on the left. I saw that movie more than 30 years ago at a WC Fields film festival in Berkeley. A few months ago I just happened to find a different film clip of her on YouTube. And today I found the slapping clip with her in that same costume.
FredCDobbs
I think maybe it's no fun for Metz if we win all the time. Maybe we will have to fake losing a little to cheer him up.
scsu1975
okay, let's try ... at least we can try for some funny captions before we nail the photos

Jezebel38
Are we still identifying stills, or just adding captions? The still is from "The Hands of Orlac" with Conrad Veidt.
