leobertucelli Posted January 20, 2008 Share Posted January 20, 2008 AMC's 'original series 'Mad Men' won Golden Globe's for best actor & dramatic series; now why can't TCM produce something like that INSTEAD of throwing away a Sunday's evening showing silents and other absurd films made 70 or more years ago ????? And why can not Osborne take more control of what is aired? AMC continually beats out TCM each and every time. IF Osborne is not careful, he just may be shown the exit door and be out like Bob Dorian, who by the way, was great and far more affable than stiff Osborne....Just a thought along the way - but a mighty one!
