I didn't realize what I was listening to until I heard them sing "Lonely.." Then it all came back to me. That's a really nice song.

I feel like I'm back behind the wheel of my '65 Barracuda crankin' the single AM speaker up to beat the wind rushing in through the open windows on the way to Ocean City, Md. with my best girl sittin' next to me.

This is amazing. Here's to you, Babe..

I actually danced The Twist (reluctantly) in a Virginia nightclub in 1982. My buddy and I were double dating twins - he pushed us out onto the floor while the band was blasting some contemporary rock song so I did an exaggerated form of The Twist, a la Pulp Fiction, picking my feet up to chest high level. All made even more ridiculous by the fact I was dressed like a cowboy who had just ridden in off the range - hat and all. I'm sure I was the topic of conversation in many places the next day. I think there might have been some Wild and Cr-ayzee Guys from SNL's Steve Martin and Dan Aykoryd thrown in also.
