Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Artie Shaw, Benny Goodman, The Dorseys, just to name a few. I was born in 1970 but this music is of my parents generation. No one plays music like that anymore. Even when modern day jazz bands try to re-create it, it doesn't quite match up the the originals. Also love the vocalist of the period like Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee & Billie Holiday.
